Skakov Anuarbek Adylbekovich

Autobiography

Skakov Anuarbek was born on October 13, 1980. He has a higher legal education and graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Law. From 2008 to 2018, he held various positions in the field of electric power and energy supply in East Kazakhstan Region and the city of Astana. Since 2018, he has been the Chairman of the Chamber of Legal Consultants of the city of Astana. As part of his public activities, he is engaged in protecting the rights of citizens affected by nuclear tests at the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site. Since 2012, he has been cooperating with government agencies and public organizations on restoring the rights of affected citizens. In 2016, he initiated court proceedings to restore the right to social support measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2023, he initiated an appeal to the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is a member of the Barriers Council of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition of the Republic of Kazakhstan (since 2020), a member of the Council for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights and Anti-Corruption of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the city of Astana (since 2023), and a member of the Judicial Jury under the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (since 2025). He has been awarded the medals "For Contribution to the Development of the Justice Bodies System" and "Shapagat".
