Saparbadramanovich Amirtayev

Autobiography

Saparbadramanovich Amirtayev was born on 19 July 1962 in the city of Shymkent. He has a higher legal education and graduated in 1984 from the Faculty of Law of S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University. He began his career in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he worked for more than 19 years in various investigative and managerial positions. He progressed from an investigator in a district internal affairs department to Deputy Head for Investigations of the South Kazakhstan Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, and also held senior positions in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department of Financial Police. Since 2003, he has been practicing law, being a member of the South Kazakhstan, and later Turkestan Regional Bar Association. In 2024–2025, he was a member of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He currently continues his professional activity as a lawyer of the Turkestan Regional Bar Association. He has many years of experience in criminal law, investigations, protection of the rights and lawful interests of citizens, as well as in improving the judicial and legal system. Married, raised three children.
