Autobiography

Sholpan Keneskyzy Amirova is an expert in subsoil use, land use, natural resources, and investment projects with more than 20 years of professional experience. She has progressed from a chief specialist in a government agency to a manager of companies operating in the field of natural resource development and investment project implementation. In her professional activity, she specializes in supporting subsoil use projects, interacting with government authorities, preparing contracts, licenses, feasibility studies, and investment programs. With her participation, more than 50 contracts and licenses for the right to subsoil use have been prepared and approved, and a number of investment projects have been implemented. She began her career at the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Regulation of the Atyrau Region. Later, she worked at the Department of Natural Resources of the Atyrau Region, JSC “SPC “Atyrau”, and also held management positions at LLP “Atyrau Tau Ken” and “Tau Ken Geology”, where she was responsible for business development, strategic management, and interaction with investors. She has two higher educations — engineering-technical and legal — and is a certified mediator. In 2023, she participated in the elections for deputies of the Atyrau Regional Maslikhat from the Kazakh Green Party “Baytaq”, confirming her active civic stance and commitment to the development of the region.
