Autobiography

Ordabekov Aidos Bakhtyzhanuly is a lawyer, economist, and manager in the construction sector. He has two higher education degrees in the specialties of Law and Economics. He began his career in 2009. He worked in the healthcare system, in the Construction Department of Shymkent, and in the office of the city akim. From 2019 to 2022, he headed the infrastructure and improvement department of the office of the akim of the Al-Farabi district, where he oversaw projects for the development of urban infrastructure, road construction, modernization of engineering networks, and improvement of public areas. Later, he held management positions in the private construction sector. He is currently the director of Dostar Qurylys LLP. He is a member of the Kazakhstan Green Party "Baytaq". He supports the principles of environmental protection, preservation of biological diversity, rational use of natural resources, and sustainable development. In his public activities, he pays attention to issues of environmental responsibility and the development of regional infrastructure.
