Autobiography

Martel Vladimir Alexandrovich is a lawyer, public figure, and secretary of the Kazakhstan Green Party "Baitaq." He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kazakh State University. He began his professional career at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then worked at the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the office of the Akim of Akmola Region, and the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1998 to 2004, he served as a judge of the Almaty District of Astana. He headed a law firm providing legal services in the field of civil law relations. Since 2022, he has been an active member of the Kazakhstan Green Party "Baitaq," serves on the Political Council and the Political Bureau, and holds the position of party secretary. He is an initiator of the development of the circular economy in Kazakhstan, the promotion of efficient management of secondary resources, and the reduction of single-use plastic. At his initiative, a project for recycling worn-out automobile tires was implemented in Astana. He is married and has four children. He leads a healthy lifestyle.
