Kuderinov Murat Tasbulatovich

Autobiography

Murat Kuderinov was born on September 21, 1977, in the Karaganda Region. He has a higher legal education. In 1999, he graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Law. He began his professional career in the prosecutor's office, where he served from 2000 to 2010 in the prosecutor's office of the Karaganda Region. In the following years, he worked as a lawyer in the field of subsoil use, headed the branch of the commodity exchange in the Karaganda Region, and led the legal department of JSC "Ekibastuz GRES-2 Power Plant." Since 2015, he has been the director of LLP "Nashе pravo.kz," and since 2019, he has been the Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Kazakh Legal Consultants. In 2015, he founded the public association "Tugan zher," which deals with environmental protection issues. He is the initiator of dozens of court cases to terminate the activities of enterprises that violated the environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2022, he has been a member of the Kazakh Green Party "Baytaq," serving as the executive secretary of the Karaganda regional branch, a member of the Politburo, and a member of the Political Council of the party. In 2023–2025, he was a deputy of the Karaganda City Maslikhat of the 8th convocation. Married, has two children.
