Autobiography

Kerey Bekbergen Duisenbayevich was born on November 1, 1971, in the village of Chaldai, Shcherbakty District, Pavlodar Region. He graduated from the Akmola Agricultural Institute with a degree in Land Management Engineering. His total work experience is 34 years, including 31 years in public service. He is married and has two children. He began his professional career in the field of land relations. He worked in the land inspection and environmental protection agencies of Pavlodar Region. Later, he held senior positions in the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Energy, and the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, overseeing environmental policy, strategic planning, green economy, international cooperation, and investment attraction. In 2022, he worked as Chief Manager of the Investment Department of JSC NC Kazgeology. Since 2023, he has held senior positions in the Kazakhstan Green Party Baytaq, where he headed the Central Office and served as Acting Executive Secretary of the party. He is currently Secretary of the Kazakhstan Green Party Baytaq for Green Economy Affairs. He is engaged in the development of environmental policy and the promotion of the principles of green economy and sustainable development. He has been awarded the badge of honor “Excellence in Ecology,” the jubilee medal “20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the medal “For Distinguished Labor,” and a Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
