Imanbayev Aidos Beybitovich

Autobiography

Imanbayev Aidos Beybituly is a lawyer and an expert in enforcement proceedings with more than 20 years of professional experience. He graduated from E.A. Buketov Karaganda State University with a degree in Law. He began his career as a bailiff. Later, he worked in the central office of the Committee for Judicial Administration under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, rising from leading specialist to head of department, and also held a position in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2022 to 2026, he headed the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs. During his career, he made a significant contribution to the development of the enforcement proceedings system, initiated the introduction of digital solutions aimed at increasing the transparency and efficiency of enforcing court decisions, and improving the work of the institution of private bailiffs. He was a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Justice and of parliamentary working groups developing relevant draft laws. He is a special adviser to the President of the International Union of Bailiffs for the CIS countries and Asia, an author of publications in Kazakhstani and foreign media, and a participant in international professional conferences.
