Autobiography

Derkach Marina Vladimirovna is an expert in the field of creative education, a public figure, and Chair of the Association of Additional Education under the NPP Atameken. She was born in 1979 in Aktobe. Mother of four sons. Founder of the author’s ArtLab School for the Development of Creative Thinking, which became the first additional education organization in Kazakhstan to undergo international institutional accreditation. Based on the results of the implementation of her original educational programs, a significant improvement in students’ health indicators was recorded. She took part in the work of the expert group under the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of creative education and the formation of the legislative framework for creative industries. She is a member of the board of the Eurasian Association of Creative Industries. For her contribution to the development of education and the implementation of social projects, she was awarded the state medal “Yeren enbegi ushin” and was also nominated for the first presidential award “AruAna” in the “Science and Innovation” category. She associates her public activity with the development of creative education, support for children and youth, the formation of a safe educational environment, and the improvement of the quality of Kazakhstan’s human capital.
