Autobiography

Baitemirov Tursynbek Sherniyazovich is a mechanical engineer and a manager in the industrial and water supply sectors. He was born in 1967 in the West Kazakhstan Region. He graduated from the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He served in the Soviet Airborne Forces and is a veteran of the hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh. He began his career at the Urals Mechanical Plant, then worked in public service and in the industrial sector. He headed the Industry Department of the Department of Industry and Fuel and Energy Complex of the West Kazakhstan Region and was engaged in entrepreneurial activity. From 2019 to 2025, he worked at JSC Ural Plant Zenit, where he held management positions in marketing and sales, and also headed the enterprise's trade union organization. He was awarded the medal Honored Mechanical Engineer of Kazakhstan. Since 2025, he has been the General Director of LLP BatysSuShar. In his professional and public activities, he pays special attention to the development of water supply infrastructure, providing the population with high-quality drinking water, environmental safety, and the sustainable development of regions.
