Baubek Nariman Askaruly

Autobiography

Baubek Nariman Askarovich is an engineer and an expert in science, ecology, and environmental technologies. He has an educational background in management, chemical technology, and radiation safety. He began his career at the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Later, he held senior management positions in engineering, industry, and research. Since 2018, he has been the director of Baiterek Engineering LLP, where he leads research projects in ecology, rational use of natural resources, energy saving, waste management, treatment of polluted water, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and the implementation of best available technologies. He is the author and co-author of scientific publications, a monograph, as well as a number of inventions and patents registered in Kazakhstan, Russia, and Europe. Since 2025, he has been a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and since 2026, an external advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the Foreign Trade Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development of the biopharmaceutical industry and scientific and technical cooperation. Since 2025, he has headed the Astana city branch of the Kazakhstan Green Party "Baytaq". In his public activities, he pays special attention to the development of science and domestic production, the introduction of modern technologies, environmental safety, and improving the quality of life of citizens.
