A public discussion on greening the region was held in Pavlodar. The event was organized at the initiative of the Pavlodar Region Civic Alliance and the ECOM public organization. More than 25 people took part in it.
A candidate for the Kurultai from the Green Party, Bekbergen Kerey, also took part in the discussion.
The participants discussed the development of the region’s green fund, the preservation and restoration of existing plantings, the improvement of settlements, as well as increasing the environmental responsibility of society and local authorities.
Bekbergen Kerey emphasized the importance of a systematic approach to greening, preserving existing trees, and creating a comfortable and environmentally safe environment for the population.
