Erbolatov Arnur Erzhanuly

Autobiography

Arnur Erzhanovich Erbolatov was born on March 18, 1981, in the Kegen District of Almaty Region. He has higher education: he graduated from the M. Tynyshpaev Kazakh Academy of Transport and Communications with a degree in Automobile Road Design Engineering and from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Law. Over the years of his professional career, he has held responsible positions in government bodies and in the engineering and legal fields. He worked in the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he dealt with legal control and supervision issues. He has experience working as a legal consultant and professional mediator in the fields of financial management, crisis management, and pre-trial dispute resolution. Since January 2026, he has been Deputy Chairman of the Almaty Regional Branch of the Baytaq party, and since May 2026, he has been acting Chairman of the branch. He coordinates the activities of the party's regional branch, implements environmental initiatives, as well as projects in the areas of water security and afforestation. He has significant experience in strategic planning, management, and negotiations.
