An ESG project for the comprehensive reduction of atmospheric emissions from corporate and personal vehicles is an innovative environmental solution aimed at radically improving air quality in Kazakhstan’s cities. The project is based on a unique domestic development — the “Super Torque” pulse module from FPD_tech_Astana, which is an advanced scientific and technical know-how. This high-tech equipment is integrated into vehicle systems and makes it possible to significantly optimize engine operating processes, leading to a sharp reduction in toxic exhaust emissions and a lower overall carbon footprint of both private and commercial vehicles in all regions of the country.
The high reliability and technological maturity of the proposed solution are confirmed by many years of practical operation in real-world conditions. For more than six years, the developer has successfully installed various equipment modifications on private and service vehicles, and during this time about four thousand units of equipment have been upgraded. This impressive experience proves the practical value of the invention, enabling owners of commercial and government fleets not only to make a significant contribution to the decarbonization of the transport sector, but also to gain tangible economic benefits through systematic optimization of fuel consumption.
The project is not limited to the results achieved and is focused on a large-scale expansion of the domestic technology’s areas of application. At present, active research and development work is underway to improve the modules and adapt them for heavy-duty and specialized vehicles. The introduction of this equipment across all key sectors of the economy, including mining, logistics, agriculture, and public utilities, will create a powerful synergistic effect in the fight for clean air and the sustainable development of Kazakhstan’s entire transport infrastructure.
