Candidate for the Kurultai from the green party “Baytaq,” Almaz Dzhakishev, held several meetings with residents of East Kazakhstan Region and listened to their suggestions and appeals.
This time, the public meeting took place in a new format — on an open площадка in front of one of the city’s shopping centers. The meeting gathered about 150 people. Residents mainly raised environmental and social issues. In particular, they spoke about the quality of drinking water, the improvement of settlements, and the state of the environment. The party’s election program was also presented during the meeting.
Then the candidate visited the settlement of Kasym Kaisenov and the village of Ayrtau in Ulan District, where he met with local residents. Environmental issues, water supply, greening, and the improvement of settlements were also discussed here.
After listening to the residents’ appeals and suggestions, Almaz Dzhakishev noted that the issues raised would be taken into account in the party’s future work.
