IFC “Tulpar” was founded in 2001 in the city of Karaganda and is the main forge of young futsal players in Kazakhstan. In terms of the number of titles, “Tulpar” is second, after Almaty “Kairat”
In the 2003-2004 season, Tulpar won the national cup for the first time in its history.
Almost from the moment of its foundation until 2013, the club’s base was the home of the Kazakhstan National Futsal Team.
Amirzhan Mukanov, head coach of Tulpar, was the head coach of the national team.
