The delegation of the Baitaq Green Party successfully completed its visit to Finland, located on the Scandinavian Peninsula. As part of the trip, an important meeting was held with Sofia Virta, Chair of the Finnish Green Party, along with other party leaders and representatives.
The choice of Finland was determined by the significant role and influence of the Green Party in the country. Currently, the party holds 13 seats in the Finnish Parliament, three of which are represented in the Government as ministers. The party plays a leading role, shaping the political course of the country and influencing public opinion.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged experience in the field of green policy and agreed to implement joint projects in the future. In particular, the Finnish Green Party expressed its readiness to provide consulting support to Kazakhstani oil companies, including Chevron, located in the Zhylyoi and Kulsary regions.
For the Baitaq Green Party, this agreement marks an important step towards strengthening international cooperation in the field of green policy.
