With extensive experience in public and environmental work, as well as many years of service in law enforcement, Kazybekbi Buytekuly has been appointed Acting Head of the Almaty Regional Branch.

Kazybekbi Buytekuly was born in 1963 in Saty village, Kegen district, Almaty region. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions in the internal affairs and justice departments in Almaty, Karaganda, and Pavlodar regions. He has served in the law enforcement system for more than 30 years, gaining considerable experience in personnel policy, organizational, and educational work.

He holds a Candidate of Legal Sciences degree, has higher education in the field of jurisprudence, and has graduated from three higher educational institutions. He is an Honorary Citizen of the Kegen district and a recipient of the “For Merit to the City of Almaty” badge.

The Baitaq Green Party believes that the new leader’s rich experience and organizational skills will give fresh impetus to solving the region’s environmental challenges and enhancing the branch’s efficiency.
