In accordance with Order No. 80 of the Party Chairman dated September 22, 2025, Kadyrbaev Bakytzhan Shamilyevich has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Party.

This appointment was made to improve the party’s internal structure and to strengthen the systematic organization of activities in the nuclear sphere. Bakytzhan Shamilyevich has been entrusted with a number of key tasks in the field of nuclear energy and technologies, including:

Shaping and implementing the party’s policy in the nuclear sector;

Analyzing existing legislation and preparing party positions;

Establishing close ties with the scientific and expert community;

Conducting outreach and informational-educational work among the public on nuclear energy issues;

Organizing forums, conferences, and round tables;

Studying international experience and proposing ways for its effective application in the party’s activities;

Regularly providing reports to the Party Chairman on the work carried out.

Kadyrbaev Bakytzhan Shamilyevich is a highly qualified specialist with deep knowledge and extensive experience in the nuclear industry. His work in this new position is expected to give strong impetus to achieving the party’s strategic goals and ensuring the safe and effective development of nuclear energy.
