Mr. Ubbiniyazov is a well-known sports figure, public activist, and experienced organizer.

Achievements in the field of sports:
International boxing coach, Head Coach of the Women’s Boxing Team of Aktobe Region;
Recipient of Letters of Appreciation from the Presidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the jubilee medal “30 Years of Independence of Kazakhstan”;
Named “Person of the Year” in 2018 by Diapazon newspaper.

Public activities:
Actively engaged in the public life of the region, implementing a wide range of social initiatives;
Director of the Public Association “Courtyard Clubs of Aktobe Region”;
Head of “Bibars Sports Club” LLP;
Chairman of the Aktobe Regional Branch of the “Baitaq” Green Party;
Member of the Public Council of Aktobe Region.

This appointment will further strengthen the organizational capacity of our Party and provide a new impetus for the implementation of public initiatives.
