Asylbek Bayazhuma was born on December 25, 1978, in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. In 2001, he graduated from Kokshetau University with a degree in Political Science and obtained a Master’s degree in Political Science.
He began his professional career between 2002–2005 as a history teacher and psychologist at Nev Secondary School in the Enbekshilder district of Akmola region. Later, he worked in the fields of culture and language development, holding various government positions in the Arshaly district and gaining valuable experience.
From 2006 to 2015, he served in responsible positions at district and regional levels in the field of culture and language policy. Between 2017 and 2019, he worked as Deputy Akim of Arshaly district.
From 2019 to 2022, he headed the Analysis and Planning Department of the Committee for Religious Affairs under the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since April 2022, he has been serving as Director of the Center for Heraldic Research under the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Asylbek Bayazhuma’s extensive experience in public administration and social affairs will help elevate the work of the “Baitaq” Green Party in the Akmola region to a new level. The party will focus on promoting ecological culture, protecting the interests of citizens, and advancing the principles of “green policy” in the region.
