Freedom is a natural right of every human being and citizen. It can be limited only by the same freedom of another person, and therefore must be understood exclusively in a positive sense, not as permissiveness.

Justice is the natural law of social communities, implying social equality based on meritocracy. Therefore, the usurpation of power is unacceptable — it leads to tyranny. Government and oligarchy have no right to privatize human rights or laws.

Sustainable development through conscious consumption is based on values capable of uniting people with different views: patriotism and humanism — love for one’s homeland and native nature. Conscious consumption is when a balance is found between personal comfort and the well-being of the environment — and when the nation is united for a common purpose.

Achieving a level of social relations in which a person experiences maximum internal satisfaction with life conditions, as well as with their social relevance and personal self-realization.

OBJECTIVES

Building the New Kazakhstan inevitably requires forming a green economy — a necessary part of global economic models, without which national reinvention is impossible.

Sustainable development means meeting today’s needs without depriving future generations of their ability to meet their own. This principle was formulated in Rio de Janeiro in 1992 at the UN Conference on Environment and Development.

At the same conference, the International Union for Conservation of Nature confirmed that ethical, wise, and sustainable use of wildlife can be compatible with — and even support — conservation, because its socio-economic value motivates people to protect natural resources.

In the modern world, consumerist attitudes toward both nature and people have reached their limit, causing a major ecological, biospheric, economic, and humanitarian crisis. Threats include hunger, lack of clean water, poor nutrition, and epidemics.

As at the dawn of Independence, Kazakhstan’s political life again requires a new strategy for societal renewal. Long-unresolved ecological problems have become strategic issues and moved to the center of political life.

Global experience shows that these problems are effectively solved by Green Parties, which unite society around environmental protection and national, regional, and global interests.

Our country needs new political forces — new parties grounded in ideology, not artificial motivations. The creation of our party is not artificial — it is driven by objective necessity: the public recognition of threats and demand for Green Ideology.

OUR IDEOLOGICAL FOUNDATION — GREEN IDEOLOGY

Green Ideology is a worldview of people united by a common purpose and interest toward society and nature — a balance between personal comfort and benefit to the surrounding world.

Its ideological roots: Freedom, Justice, Sustainable Development.

Freedom — the natural right of every citizen, limited only by the equal freedom of others — a shared value, not an individual privilege.

Justice — the natural law of society, implying social equality. Usurpation of power is unacceptable. Government has no right to privatize people’s rights or natural resources.

Sustainable development — an evolving condition of society achieved through protection and advancement of national values, through the collective work of citizens who love their homeland and nature.

POLITICAL POSITION

We stand for sustainable, comprehensive development of Kazakhstan based on patriotism, humanism, and social justice.

Without these principles — and without equal opportunities — Kazakhstan cannot become a truly New Kazakhstan. Citizens must prosper based on merit and professionalism, not personal loyalties or the whims of officials. A competitive political and economic system must be built where all are equal before the law.

Young people feel ecological threats first and most sharply — therefore they are the natural carriers of Green Ideology.

— Cultivating environmental consciousness;
— Maximum engagement of youth in the party;
— Involving youth in solving real problems;
— Promoting youth interests in government;
— Supporting youth participation in national and international programs;

GOAL: Development of Civil Society and Anti-Corruption Efforts

Civil society exists when decision-making involves the majority of citizens. Broad participation ensures transparency and reduces corruption.

— Participate openly in civic and ecological issues;

— Promote zero tolerance for corruption;
— Public oversight over state bodies and polluting organizations.

GOAL: Food Security Through Fresh, Clean, Locally Produced Goods

— Formation of agricultural cooperatives;

— Regional food hubs and markets for fresh, ecological products;
— Support for farmers through preferential loans;
— Pilot project in the Almaty agro-region: “From the farmer’s field to the city consumer’s door”;

Reforms must be conducted with the people, not only for the people.
