The visit of the Baitaq Green Party delegation to Finland began with a meeting with the Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Finland, Azamat Abdirayimov. From the very first acquaintance, it became clear that the Ambassador is a highly qualified diplomat with extensive experience, profound knowledge, and a deep understanding of the political and economic relations between the two countries.

During the meeting, the current state of political and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Finland was discussed. It was also noted that, at the recent UN conference, the President of Kazakhstan met with the President of Finland, Alexander Stubb. Next year, an official visit of the Finnish President to Kazakhstan is scheduled. According to Ambassador Abdirayimov, the Embassy is already actively preparing for this important event.

Finland is a country with stable political institutions, strong social development, and a high standard of living. We are confident that in the near future, cooperation between our two countries will rise to a new level.

For Kazakhstan, Finland’s experience in preserving environmental balance, protecting forests and organizing reforestation, efficient water resource management, as well as safe operation of nuclear power plants, is of great value. Strengthening bilateral cooperation in these areas is also a priority for our Party.
